At SkillHarvesta, we strive to provide high-quality learning experiences. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions for refunds on course purchases.

1. Refund Eligibility

You may be eligible for a refund under the following conditions:

  • You request a refund within 7 days of purchase
  • You have not completed more than 20% of the course content
  • You have not downloaded any course materials
  • The course content is not as described or is technically faulty

Note: Each user is eligible for a maximum of 2 refunds per year.

2. Refund Process

2.1 How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your SkillHarvesta account
  2. Go to My Courses section
  3. Click on "Request Refund" for the specific course
  4. Provide a reason for the refund request
  5. Submit the request

2.2 Processing Timeline

  • Refund requests are reviewed within 3-5 business days
  • Approved refunds are processed within 7-10 business days
  • You will receive a confirmation email once processed
  • Refunds are credited to the original payment method

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • More than 7 days have passed since purchase
  • You have completed more than 20% of the course
  • You have downloaded or shared course materials
  • You have violated our Terms & Conditions
  • You are requesting a refund for a course you have already completed
  • Technical issues on your own device (not platform-related)

4. Partial Refunds

In some cases, partial refunds may be issued:

  • If you have accessed some course content
  • For bundle purchases where only some courses are requested for refund
  • At the sole discretion of SkillHarvesta

5. Payment Method Refunds

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method:

  • Credit/Debit Card: 5-10 business days
  • Net Banking: 3-7 business days
  • UPI: 3-5 business days
  • Razorpay Wallet: Immediate to 24 hours

Note: Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

6. Course Cancellation

SkillHarvesta reserves the right to cancel a course due to:

  • Insufficient enrollment
  • Technical issues beyond our control
  • Instructor unavailability
  • Legal or regulatory requirements

In such cases, a full refund will be issued to all enrolled students.

7. Disputes and Chargebacks

If you dispute a charge or file a chargeback:

  • Your account may be temporarily suspended
  • We will investigate the claim
  • Fraudulent chargebacks may result in account termination
  • Valid disputes will be resolved in your favor
