1. Review before purchase

Please review the course content, available lessons, delivery format, access duration, price and billing frequency before paying. Unless an additional refund offer is expressly stated, purchases are non-refundable except where applicable law or the payment provider's applicable policy provides a refund right.

2. Your rights are protected

Nothing in this policy limits mandatory consumer rights, including remedies for content that is materially not as described, defective or not delivered. Accessing content does not automatically remove these rights.

3. Duplicate charges and access problems

Email skillharvesta@gmail.com if you were charged twice for the same purchase or cannot access purchased content. We will investigate and attempt to restore access or correct the charge. Verified duplicate charges and eligible unresolved delivery or material technical defects will be refunded as appropriate.

4. How to request help or a refund

Provide your account email, course name, purchase date and transaction reference. Do not send passwords, OTPs, card numbers or banking credentials. For purchases handled by a third-party payment provider, use the support or refund link in your receipt where available. The applicable provider terms and refund policy apply alongside your mandatory consumer rights.

5. Refund processing

Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method where possible. Approved refunds will be initiated within 14 days of approval, or within any shorter period required by law. The time for funds to appear depends on your bank and payment method. Refunded product access may end.

6. Membership cancellation

Cancelling a recurring membership prevents future renewals; it does not automatically refund earlier payments. The relevant product page and checkout must state the billing period and access terms. Use the subscription management or cancellation link in your receipt or learner account where available, or email skillharvesta@gmail.com for cancellation assistance. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the paid billing period.

7. Learning outcomes

We do not guarantee earnings, employment, licences, subsidies, tender awards or business results. This does not excuse a failure to deliver the educational content advertised.
