Skill Harvesta does not guarantee income, employment, promotion, certification, business performance, examination results, skill mastery, or any particular outcome. Course topics, level, format, duration, access period, language, inclusions, technical requirements, and any completion credential may vary by course. Payments and Refunds

Prices, currencies, taxes, and payment methods are shown at checkout and may vary by location or course. Payments may be processed by third-party providers. Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund Policy, applicable consumer law and the applicable payment provider policy. The payment provider or authorised reseller identified at checkout may apply its own buyer terms and refund policy; mandatory consumer rights remain protected. Course Access

Access is personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and subject to the access period and conditions stated for the course. Temporary maintenance, security controls, payment verification, platform changes, or events beyond reasonable control may affect access. We may correct access or billing errors and use reasonable efforts to restore service.

Intellectual Property

Unless stated otherwise, the website, courses, slides, recordings, text, graphics, branding, assessments, and downloadable materials are owned by or licensed to Skill Harvesta. You may use purchased materials only for personal, non-commercial learning. You may not copy, record, resell, redistribute, publish, upload, translate, modify, scrape, share login access to, or create competing materials from our content without written permission or a legal right to do so.

The services may depend on TrainerCentral, payment providers, email services, links, tools, or content operated by third parties. Their availability and handling of data are governed by their own terms and policies. Skill Harvesta does not control every third-party service.

We do not promise that the website or every course feature will always be uninterrupted, error-free, compatible with every device, or free from temporary faults. You are responsible for suitable internet access, supported software and devices, and reasonable account security. We may maintain, update, replace, or discontinue features where reasonably necessary.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Services and content are provided on an as-available basis. We use reasonable efforts but do not warrant that all information will always be complete, current, or suitable for every learner or purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Skill Harvesta is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss, lost opportunity, lost profit, or loss caused by reliance on general educational content, learner decisions, third-party services, device or connectivity problems, or events beyond reasonable control. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability arising from fraud, wilful misconduct, or legally recognised deficiency in service where applicable.

Suspension and Termination

We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary for non-payment, fraud, security risk, account sharing, intellectual-property infringement, unlawful conduct, or a material breach of these Terms. Where appropriate, we may provide notice or an opportunity to correct the issue.

We may update courses, prices, features, and these Terms. Material changes will apply prospectively unless law or security requires otherwise. The current version and effective date will be posted on this page.

Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, subject to mandatory consumer and other applicable rights. Parties should first contact support and attempt a good-faith resolution. Courts or authorities having lawful jurisdiction may hear unresolved disputes.

Skill Harvesta is a private educational platform, is not affiliated with or endorsed by any government agency, and does not issue government licences or arrange guaranteed licences, loans, subsidies, dealership appointments or tender awards. Official eligibility and approval decisions are made by the relevant authorities.

Subscriptions and digital delivery

Recurring memberships renew at the price and interval shown on the product page and checkout until cancelled. Review these terms before subscribing. Cancellation prevents future renewals and access normally continues to the end of the paid billing period, unless a refund or another stated condition ends it earlier. Use the payment provider cancellation facility or email skillharvesta@gmail.com for assistance. Available digital content is delivered through your Skill Harvesta learner account after successful payment confirmation and enrolment. No physical shipment is included. Any pending content must be identified on the product page; contact support if paid access is missing. Access duration varies by purchased plan and is not necessarily lifetime.
